What was your color palette? Why did you choose those colors?

Navy blue, blush pink, rose gold. I always wanted a pink wedding, and Trevor wanted some blue, so we compromised.

What was the inspiration for the look and feel of your wedding?

We wanted our wedding to be classy, yet modern. Rose gold is in, and adding the navy blue gave a bit of a “pop†to the traditional light pink.

Why did you choose to host your wedding at Celebrations on the River?

I am all for paying someone else so we don’t have to set up and take down! It was great to be able to enjoy our day stress-free without worrying about what was happening at the venue.

What was your favorite moment of your wedding day?

I loved sitting at the head table and looking out at so many of our friends and family. It was our first big event since covid, so it was magical to have everyone together.

Would you change anything if you could do it all over again?

No- it was perfect.

What was one thing you obsessed over, but realized it did not matter?

I was super obsessed with having a s’mores bar for some reason. I only ate a single s’more the whole night!

What advice do you have for future couples planning their weddings?

Delegate, delegate, DELEGATE. If you try to do everything yourself, you will go insane. Your friends and family want to help!
