Sous Chef - NOW HIRING
- We are seeking a dedicated/talented Sous Chef to serve as the "General" of our kitchen operations. This is not just a job—it is a high-level leadership role for a culinary professional who values precision, discipline, and the "Gold Standard" of hospitality.
- Compensation: $22/Hour - $28/Hour
- Full-Time position
- Reports to Executive Chef
Management and Team Opportunites
Banquet Bartender
- Bartend weddings, banquets and special events and deliver fantastic customer service
- Compensation: $10-$12/Hour + Tips + Bonuses
- Part-Time on Fridays and Saturday, 3pm - 1am
Banquet Server - NOW HIRING
- Provide food service to wedding guests quickly and efficiently, with a positive attitude.
- Compensation: $11-$12/Hour + Tips + Bonuses
- Part-Time hours on weekends, 3pm - 8pm
Wedding/Event Host
- Day-of-Event Host for Weddings and Events.
- Part-Time. Saturdays from 1pm - 9pm during wedding season (May - October)
- Flexible schedule. You choose which Saturdays you want to work.
- Compensation: $250/Shift + Potential Tips
Event Setup Crew (3rd Shift)
- Responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the venue for weddings and special events.
- 3rd Shift (Midnight - 7am) on weekends
- Compensation: $20-$22+/Hour
- Part-Time position on weekends
Maintenance
- Execute year-round maintenance, organization, and project management for the facility, including hands-on repairs and critical event-day opening procedures.
- Compensation: $20-$25/Hour
- Full-Time or Part-Time, Tuesdays - Saturdays
Dishwasher - NOW HIRING
- Responsible for cleaning and putting away dishes in the kitchen.
- Compensation: $15-$18/Hour
- Part-Time on Fridays and Saturdays
