What was your color palette? Why did you choose those colors?

Silver and dark blue. It fit our winter theme very well.

What was the inspiration for the look and feel of your wedding?

We wanted a winter wedding, and built our color palette and decoration themes from there.

Why did you choose to host your wedding at Celebrations on the River?

We loved the hall and thought it would fit perfectly with our winter themes and color palette.

What was your favorite moment of your wedding day?

The dinner was our favorite part.

Would you change anything if you could do it all over again?

We carefully planned and loved every detail in our wedding and would not have changed any of it.

What was one thing you obsessed over, but realized it did not matter?

We split up our tasks for the wedding based on who cares most about the task, but also kept each other calm and from spiraling over the details.

What advice do you have for future couples planning their weddings?

Be honest about what you care most about in the planning and be willing to compromise where you don’t.

How did you manage your guest count?

We kept close family and friends and followed up with most of the guests regarding their ability to come.

Who were your vendors? (DJ, Photographer, Flowers, Hair/Makeup, Dessert, etc.) How did you choose them?

Complete wedding photos and DJ. We found them through Celebration’s most common vendors, and we loved them.
