What was your color palette? Why did you choose those colors?
Neutral/creams and greenery. I want the freshness of the greenery along with neutral boho type feel.
Why did you host your wedding at Celebrations on the River?Â
We really enjoyed that everything was included (all the food and decor rental). The venue itself was so beautiful so we were very drawn to the modern look!
What was your favorite moment of your wedding day?
Our favorite moment was when we did the first look with one another. We read our own readings/vows then and it was a very intimate moment we loved!
Would you change anything if you could do it all over again?
No
What was one thing you obsessed over, but realized it did not matter?Â
I was very worried about the weather and trying to figure out a back up plan for if we needed to move inside, but it all turned out perfectly!
What advice do you have for future couples planning their wedding?
Find vendors you love and trust!! They are truly worth every penny. We had an amazing time with ours and you spend the day with them, so it’s important to have a good vibe/relationship with them!
How did you manage your guest count?Â
We limited our guests to people over 18. We really wanted everyone to enjoy the night. It also takes a lot of communication with your partner to figure out who is important.
